Today was a pretty good day. No anxiety, just a little bit of drowsiness, probably from the change in dosage of Seroquel. I went with my friend Katie to Barnes and Noble to spend my two $25 gift cards and ended up buying two Dean Koontz novels, Garfield and Friends Season 1 (I'm such a CHILD!), Dumb and Dumber, and Orphan.

Got an appointment for hypnotherapy tomorrow. Hope it makes some difference! I have to remember to get another note for work and tell my doctor I need refills on prescriptions. Oh, and make another appointment with her. (The hypnotherapy is done by her son.) I can't believe I forgot to do that on Wednesday.

We're supposed to get some snow tomorrow. Not like the day after Christmas, thank god.
